The top layer is smooth layer (but not PU) & the bottom is towel like material. I supposed to waterproof material is in the centre. Design is super cute & love it.

Good quality material. Bottom layer is soft towel like and top layer is a bit rough might be due to absorbent layer. Big size towel (car design) seems to be softer than small ones.

Delivered in 1 day, very fast. I use it to cover my dog's pillow in case she pees on the pillow. it's NOT waterproof but water stays on top layer and won't leak through. Material quite smooth.

Print is true to picture which is lovely. But I'm not too sure about the water resistant function; tried with water and the droplets were absorbed as shown in photo. Material is coarse.
