Order came early within my specified timing but this bag of cherries was soft and mushy. It’s not fault of the delivery guy but it’s the storage. I have 2 packs of frozen chicken n were ok. All frozen fruits I ordered in the past unfortunately came defrosted. REDMART pls look into this issue

Item delivered half thawed. Cherries are not sweet but a little tart and nice when eaten in frozen state. Quality is acceptable.

Nice and tasty with Yoghurt or Icecream. However. this time it came slightly soft and thawed (see pic) which was totally not acceptable. I didn't reject only because I am using it within the week, else I would have rejected it without hesitation

Good quality as always. However, delivery was left outside the door without the 15min prior text notification. They have always sent a text msg before delivering in the past but did not do so this time and frozen items were already thawed when we realised the groceries were left outside.

Worked fine with the recipe we wanted. Replaced canned for a less sweet taste. Was dripping red juice so I think there make be a hole I can’t see though

These frozen cherries from the UK are sweet making them perfect for yogurt, smoothies, and chia seed toppings. However, some batches arrive in clumps instead of individual cherries, likely due to cold chain storage issues

First time purchasing this product and first time purchasing something frozen online. Really thankful that the cherries are still frozen when I received my delivery. The packer was thoughtful enough to pack the cherries in a separate plastic bag and it was placed on top of the Redmart box when delivered. Looking forward to try these cherries!🍒 \n\nThank you Redmart and the delivery guy for keeping the cherries fresh and frozen! 🙏

The delivery was as scheduled. The cherries were a little on the soft side because it had thawed. Redmart should keep it frozen until it arrives at the destination.

I prefer Sainsbury’s dark cherries to other brands as it is really sweeter and juicier. It is also less crystallized than other equivalents which means the flash freezing was much faster and therefore would retain both flavor and nutrients.

product was delivered in good condition. there is minimum wastage in packaging and driver waited a while for me to unpacked and return him the red mart box. really an extra effort from him to prevent wastage.
