Had a very terrible delivery experience with Redmart delivery. The courier guy took out all my orders from the carton box and spread them out all over the front of the door and along the common walkway. He refused to hand over the items in the carton box claiming the company wants the box back. But, after delivering my items in the carton back, he could straightaway collect back the box. But, he refused. No matter how I appealed, he continues to put all my orders on the dirty floor.

Snack bag retrieved from carton box along with 16 bottled drinks. While snack bag was not damaged, such packing by Redmart don’t seem appropriate as the snack bag may be damaged while carton box in transit.
