I was expecting the basket in metal also. its a plastic. but overall its useful for kids stuff. fast delivery

The rack is make of plastic. Seems rather unstable unsure if is durable for heavy stuff will see how long it last. I having issue with screwing the screw all the way so i just stop once it seem to be locked in. The wheel seems like it been used once before. Require effort to assemble since the screw is not a direct fit. For the price seems to be ok, if is durable enough to last for a year or 2.

Luck of the draw, received a trolley with a faulty bottom frame. Could not attach one of the wheels properly. Send them a msg, and the staff reacted fast and I receive the replacement piece in two days. \nSadly, what I received were 2 wheels instead of a frame. Anyway after cooling down by chanting a thousand mantras, I msged them and as usual they replied fast and reacted quickly. \nAnother 2 days past and I received the frame. It is working as intended. \n5 stars.\n(To be fair the service guy was polite and apologetic about it, also quick to rectify the problem.)

Bought 2 but one had missing part. At least seller acknowledged and send it but however claims it to be delivered when l reported it virtually immediately

May require a bit of effort to assemble. \n\nTiers are made of moderately hard plastic - pro: lighter, cons: not as durable (compared to metal)\n\nWheels are not very smooth, feels abit draggy at certain angles. Didn’t try but not sure whether able to put heavy things which may cause wheels to get stuck and topple when pushing it. \n\nOverall a good buy as serve its purpose well and much cheaper than similar products.

Sleek and modern design, however the wheels are not so smooth to roll around. It’s great for keeping baby’s essential.

Easy to fix - came with wrench n screw driver even. Good for lightweight items (useful to organise home office items when WFH). Not suitable for heavy items as they are not metal trays. My other IKEA kitchen trolley is metallic n sturdier but also more expensive.

easy to fix and seller has given spare screws. The plastic material is the same as the laundry basket 3 tier stand. I preferred this plastic material to ikea popular metal trolley as it wont rust. highly recommended to get from seller.

The dimension mentioned in the product specification page online is the size of the base frame. The actual size of the tray is only about 29cm x 38cm, which is pretty small. \n\nAble to roll the wheels smoothly, easy to assemble

Assembling the parts together is straightforward but tightening the screws need effort & time. The trick is to lubricate the screws first before tightening. After tightening, the trolley will be steady. Good quality materials, value-for-money, useful storage solution.
