Great quality and the mop set are quite sturdy and seems durable. It’s easy to use and microfibre mop definitely is safer to use for parquet and marble floors, doesnt scratch the floor (unlike the traditional one). It also comes with 2 holes (on 2 sides of the mop bucket) for easy water dispensing. Highly recommended.

Goods received in good condition. Tried and it works well.\n\nThe only part not acceptable to me is delivery. I was *not at home* during delivery but I received notification of item delivered with a picture of my front door and an acknowledge receipt signature claimed to be mine.\n\nTexted seller and no reply. Think through before you order if you're very particular about delivery.

I tried it and find it easy to use. one side no need to put water (for dry use) and the bigger slot is for water. But I didn't read instructions complete and put both sides with water. but it is still OK, becoz the water somehow got lesser and went to the bigger compartment side. ha ha ha I dont know how and it works well for me. I used it to clean my glass windows and it works well too. Clean wet or dry with ease!

quick delivery..this is my 2nd set first one the mop handle broke. wonder if they sell just the mop as the pail is still in good condition and I still have spare mop cloth. this mop is a game changer as it makes mopping easy and fast.

pail is about thin, not heavy duty. overall still okay.\nBought because my colleague said is very easy to use.

fast delivery. compact and easy to assemble. tried using it once, mop pad is clean n dry without need to use hands to squeeze it dry. better than spin mop. 2 issues when using - 1. mop head loose, always slant to side when mopping 2. mop pad doesn't pick up hair well so it's better to vacuum floor first before mopping.

(pics next to washing machine for comparison 😂) \nthe mop is very easy to install. managed to fix it even without looking at the video. (only realised there is a qr code on the box after fixing it. maybe next time can print on a piece of paper with the qr code instead of pasting on the box?) \nable to mop without touching the water at all, which is amazing! \nsmall complaint is that probably due to the material of the mop, it's hard to glide around the floor smoothly as compared to the traditional mops.

We've been using this kind of mop for 3 years now and we change every year. Every year there is an improvement on the version and I think This one is the best of them all. Overall building quality just matches it’s price while cloth is below my expectation, fir density is thin which feels not durable. \nBesides, found a dead bug in the package, it doesn't affect quality but not nice!

Update: after only 2 use, the cloth/pads alre torn. when ask, sellar says we didn't properly install it. and was asked to watch youtube on installation. Rediculous.\n\nrecieved as described,\nproduct is quite fragile with thin plastics build.\nnot as rigid as most model.\nprice with 2 cloth abt $17, reasonably cheap.\ncloth is thinner than other models.

very nice to mop. like all the features like the wet and dry section. saves water!\nstill need to wet your hands a little when flipping the mop before dipping the mop left and right to wet it, but it's fine.
