Parcel came within estimated timeframe. Products were bubbled wrapped well. Shampoo has a grainy texture and lathers well. It cleanses scalp squeaky clean. However, it is dry so you need to use the treatment cream. It has a nice citrus fragrance. After drying hair well, you use the massager with UV light. Then follow by the essence spray. Spray is minty and has a cooling effect when applied to scalp and you massage well with finger tips. I do see some new tiny hair but not sure if this will work. Need to use for a few months to update this review

Ordered on 8th, received on 13th, decent delivery speed, thanks. It’s my 2nd purchase. So far I did not see much improvement on my hair fall problem, but it’s probably because I only use the shampoo n condition on weekend (using another brand on weekdays). I do however use the Scalp Essence daily thou. Fingers crossed for better results as I continue trying.

wow, bubble wrapped within a bubble bag! it shows the pride of this company in its products. the essence has a nice light menthol fragrance and it feels very refreshed after massaging into the scalp

Delivery was within time frame. It is sealed neatly in a box with the shampoo and treatment. The expiry date is in 2027 whereas the other two is by 2026 and we are ending in 2025. Yet to try, but if it is good then will repurchase
