Worth the money for the dosage and the capsules given. There are other more expensive brands with a lower dosage and lesser capsules.

Really fast delivery. Only disappointment is the validity is 1/23. Today is end of Jan 22 which means this bottle of 120 has to be consumed in 11 months. Seller should tell Buyers. I'll likely end up throwing away a bunch of them.

no damage due to bubble wrap envelope. long expiry date. hope this will improve my sleep as 3mg is not helping.

legit item. good price. but these kinda supplements are to each their own. i personally didn’t feel like it helped with my insomnia after trying for a week. will try a little longer. \nused to take sub-lingual tablets which worked better but they were 3 times the price. \n\nwould recommend to try because they’re not expensive and if it works, congrats!
