Repeat purchase, and item came in carton. But not too happy with the packer this time round, cause they packed the kids milk and detergent together, causing it to smell like detergent and sticky on the outside.

The courier person didn’t wait for me to give back the freezer bag and was in a big hurry to go. This is another example of someone not waiting again for the shipping. Can something be done so the experience is better. Returning is packaging is one of the big reasons why I go with redmart as I am trying to be eco friendly. Pls take note!
