I always buy ice mountain from redmart. all has been well and delivery is prompt. however, this time round, I found some cans out of shape and can't be consumed. wonder if it's due to the hot weather, delivery issue or poor QA. disappointing.

Received text at 10am to say goods arriving in 15 mins, but when I immediately went to unlock the gate to get ready to receive the goods, items were found on door step. Frozen items would have gone bad if I didn’t open the door. Delivery staff should just rang the doorbell. How difficult is that?
