I ordered Russet Bag Dole potatoes & paid $5.90 but received another brand of Russet potatoes which is $4.90 and the potatoes are of poor quality. Very disappointed. Pls tell me how to exchange or return ?

Look at the potatoes! Plus two more of those after cutting them open. It was the next day after delivery that I cooked them. 🤯😡

This batch of potatoes smell sour, and there are black line and spot in some potatoes (\"Blackheart\" (Suffocation): If potatoes are stacked too tightly in transport or stored in environments with poor oxygen, the center cells literally suffocate and die, turning black. + Vascular Ring Rot or Necrosis: A black or dark brown line looping inside the flesh can be a sign of a plant virus or bacterial infection that attacked the potato while it was growing.)- so bad

The quality of this russet potatoes from redmart is not consistent. Previously it was quite bad, this time is ok but has some of it has small sprouts.
