I thougt they were from Holland but a product of New Zealand. Deep purplish colour. The texture is light not as dense as local onions. The onion skin gives a red purplish coloured water. Used it for my plants.

Good onions. Wrong description. This particular batch is from New Zealand. Redmart's been informed, bit as usual their ability to respond to such feedback about product description inaccuracies is abysmal.

Good buy. Fresh and I buy them every week. Am upset with the delivery fee that they impose so will look for alternative soon. Otherwise try to grab the coupons but always ran out.
