Have been ordering Rice from RedMart, but was disappointed for my recent order. The packaging is torn with a hole, suspect poor handling during packing. When I hold the packet of rice up to keep, the rice pour out like rainfall…it was suppose to be VACUUM PACK. Spent sometime sweeping up the mess and have to throw those spilled on floor away. For those inside the box, poured out to be quite a handful too.

Ordered on 25 March and received in good condition by 27/03/23, morning slot delivery. Carton was wet but luckily it did not damage my rice. However, the vinegar should at least packed in plastic bag or bubble wrap to prevent leakage etc.

Fortunately wet & frozen stuff was packed separately. Household items such as detergent were packed in the same box as food items. Canned food & heavier items had damaged the packaging of some of my items. Disappointing.
