Received in good condition with batteries included. However it can’t be sync to mijia app which only allows syncing of data in China mainland region. Singapore region is not supported.

The weighing scale arrived promptly without any hitch. However, it came without the protective bubble wrapping, only in the usual plastic bag. Seller should put this type of fragile item in a bubble wrap to prevent breakage. On the whole, I am satisfied with the purchase. It works well with 4 AAA batteries inserted. Will recommend friends to purchase this machine.

Item was left in the riser with no messages from the delivery personnel. Didnt even attempt to ring the door bell. I only know that the item arrive when ninjavan sent an email, and i had to go out and check where it was left at. Otherwise, item was well packaged and received and working fine.

looks very good. like apple product quality. even has battery installed. had some issue detdcting in the mijia app but once reinstall and sekecf china mainland, it works.

very useful scale, esp when paired with the app, it measures protein levels, body fat %, water % etc. pretty useful in getting to know more abt your body haha

Item arrived quite quickly but I have another same model Xiaomi weighing machine, and this new one feels a bit shakier? The foundation is a bit shaky when you step on it compared to the older model and is apparent to me since I use them side by side every day.
