I am a first time user, with very long hair and some grey hairs. When I applied this shampoo, there was a slight biting sensation on my scalp. I washed 5 mins, then put all my hair in a shower cap and waited 10 mins. The slight scalp biting sensation persisted but was tolerable. Waited only 10 mins before rinsing and conditioning. When dry, i asked family to check. They said still have grey hair strands but seems to be less. And the scalp area had visible grey. Maybe must leave longer next time.

Few days later I received the resent item. \nPoor packaging results in bottle cracked. \nNo fragile stickers!\nNo cardboard or bubble wrap to prevent the bottles from getting pressure from other parcels!

Give seller 5 stars for willing to resend me the 2 bottles that doesn’t has black dye in it, only shampoo. I bought in October 2024, 2 out of 4 bottles doesn’t have black dye. It is very unusual as I have been buying from seller for many years. This is the first time that I received bottles with no dye! Today, I was so worried when I received the new order, I had to literally opened up all the 4 bottles to check for the black liquid, very troublesome, but no choice.

Thought it was a shampoo that gradually turns hair darker with repeated washing, however it is actually more of a hair dye than shampoo. Gloves are needed as it will stain fingers and hand.

Forgot to use the gloves and my fingernails was stained abit. Hair was not fully dyed as I didn't leave on for 10 mins. Hair was very dry after shampoo so I think must use conditioner
