Had a very terrible delivery experience with Redmart delivery. The courier guy took out all my orders from the carton box and spread them out all over the front of the door and along the common walkway. He refused to hand over the items in the carton box claiming the company wants the box back. But, after delivering my items in the carton back, he could straightaway collect back the box. But, he refused. No matter how I appealed, he continues to put all my orders on the dirty floor.

Redmart offers 2 types of towgay, 1 is vacuum packed and tastes awful. This one from Bean Farm's a little better, though freshness is inconsistent, varying from white and crunchy to brown and soggy. Mostly Redmart delivers this crushed by other vege, so it doesn't stand much of a chance anyway. \nMaybe someday this will improve but I'm not holding my breath. \nDelivery was on schedule, but such an utter mess: black, foul liquid from a damaged pack of prawns leaking over everything.

I find it convenient buying from Redmart and I want to thank you.\nHowever, the Ladi Pav buns that I bought the Ladi Pav buns expiry date was 5/7/21. However, to my surprise, I saw there was mould on the bread today and it is only 3/7/21.\nI would like an explanation and compensation. Thank you.
