I toasted them and used them to make sandwiches – fried egg with cheese, egg mayo, thick slice umsalted butter w blueberry jam (like eating ice cream). Been ordering this bread for my breakfast and it’s never disappoint me, especially heat it with jam and butter, it’s taste so good, stored in chiller if cannot finish in time, just reheat and it turns crispy and fragrant

The bread is nice and it says it is good for 4 days. Very happy to receive earlier in the morning on Day 1.

1st time getting this sourdough here. There is a gd amount of different seeds but texture and taste is far different fr the ones I bought fr the bakery shops. Is very dry n flat.

Best clean sourdough bread I’ve found in Singapore. I wish I can get it from the shops. Unfortunately it’s only available via RedMart. A tad expensive but you pay for the quality.

bread taste better when toasted with soft n a slightly chewy texture. The seeds are also fragrant. Personally prefer stronger sour taste for sourdough and this is too mild.
