The brush tip is firm, gives scalp a nice massage. Chose the white one because it fits to the team of my bath room.

Item received in good condition with Ninja Van express delivery. Very nice product but it came in Korean language instruction. Finishing of this product is good and comfortable to the touch. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

Packaging is solid. The material of the handle is smooth and the spikes are soft but firm enough to massage the scalp. I used it immediately and can feel it’s gentle on the scalp but cleans very well. The holding fits my hand.

The fingers are soft enough to not be painful and yet firm enough to give you a nice massage. If the handle had a little hook it would be easier to hang it to dry in the bathroom.

Came with some minor defects although well packed, have not tried and I’m sure it won’t affect it’s intended usage so no reason to return/refund. But as a personal opinion, build quality and qc could have been better coming from such a company.
