Quality of these pork ribs are not great. Bought it to make double boil soup but pork ribs were very hard n dry after the double boil process. Can’t even enjoy the meat.

First time trying hopefully it’s fresh. Should have bought frozen so that it doesn’t arrive half chill to compromise quality

Overall is ok but after one hour cooked it not as soft as I think. Perhaps it needs longer time to cook. A little tough in small parts. Overall satisfactory n recommended

We don’t normally eat red meat but ribs especially bbq prime ribs are staple in our home. This is one dish I always cook and I combine with KSP pork belly.
