Flavour: \nRepeat order. Nice for making char siew as kids love to eat. The pork is not too fat and ideal for cooking char siew.

Expires in another 2 days. Char siew cut 👎as there’s one long strip and 2 tiny bits of meat. Bought at 35% discount, guess have to deal with the imperfection.

Well packed. I marinated the pork with “red fermented bean curd”, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, corn starch and left overnight in fridge. Next day I just roast in oven for about 20mins. Char Siew was delicious.

Package well received in good order and condition. This char siew pork is fresh, nicely boxed and placed in the freeze bag with dry ice. This is the first time I ordered pork online. Will cook the char siew and \nhope it tastes just as great.

Well packed but quality is 👎🏼. My goodness I bought 6 boxes, 3 boxes came with skin, for char siew?? Not neatly handled. All 6 pieces looked totally from what they’re supposed to. Disappointed, I am headache what to do to them. No repeat buying for sure.
