I am wondering why this smoked duck is from China but it’s not frozen?\n\nSeller please advise because I ordered 3 boxes thinking it’s a frozen product that I can stored in it the freezer to consume later but I found all three boxes are soft to the touch.\n\nYou mean I have to finish eating the 6 pieces of smoked ducks by the expiration date?

We ate a lot of this in 2020 because it is convenient to prepare for lunch wraps. This brand may seemed a bit more expensive but per piece is slightly bigger than it's competitors and looks more presentable in shape. It tasted better and is less oily.

Black pepper tasted better than the original flavour, so I will opt for black pepper going forward. The expiry date was a matter of days only, as the duck was chilled, not frozen. If you want a longer expiry date of a couple of months, choose frozen.
