Was pretty good, fish was fresh even tho delivery was 2 days from packing day, ie packed on 17, delivered on 19.

Order this fish previously. Love its texture, soft n fresh n no fishy smell

Goods received but very disappointed that the fresh foods was not properly packed with dry ice or other appropriate packing. The fish and chicken came thoroughly thawed. So not sure how long it’s been left in the van

quite sad that the fish came w/o ice cooler pack ,for this hot weather, worried the fish will not fresh . hope to get more fresh seafood in ice cooler pack in the future.

I received two pieces of it in one package, no doubt it's more than 180g, but it was packed on 20th of April and expiry date is on 27th of April, wondering how it should called fresh fish or frozen (no iced)? haven't cook yet, hope it still taste fresh.

This is a chilled item so immediately keep in the fridge upon receiving it as I have not plan to cook it soon

Repeated purchase. Freeze them upon receiving. \n\nCooked 1 pack on the third day and they tasted very fresh and did not smell upon unpacking and when cooked. After baking it, the portion was hardly sufficient for 2 paxs.

Repeated order ; very fresh barramundi. Thank you for the hassale free delivery/ receiving of my purchases.

Second time bought this fish fillet. This time also very fresh. Preheat air fryer abt 190 degree. Lay and brush oil on baking foil or paper in air fryer basket. Spray oil on both sides of fillet and rub on salt and pepper. Pop in air fryer skin side down 5-6 mins if glazing sauce (brush on) on flesh and sides of fish fillet then pop back in for another 5-6 mins. I use sauce recipe frm spice n pans “Easy yummy cod fish in Hong Kong sauce recipe”. If not glazing, just air fry 11-12 mins. When done, drizzle on some of the sauce and garnish with scallions, coriander and deep fried ginger slices. So tender and yummy!

fish is fresh, well filleted and cleaned, boneless with no muddy taste! was pleasantly surprised one pack came as 2 pieces as most brands I've tried only came as 1 piece. most importantly, it's ethically farm. support local!!

This fillet was vacuum packed and delivered as promised. Surprisingly there was no mud taste. Steamed with ginger and scallions then top it with additional scallions and hot vegetable oil on top. Delicious! Support local!

Fresh so is good for steaming. Do note the cut is smaller at 180g than other brands 240g to 300g.

Fresh and delicious when pan fried. Easy to prepare with just salt and pepper.

The fish is good quality and has good taste, but is delivered without proper refrigeration eg. With ice packs to preserve freshness.\n\nGiven the heat in Singapore and most likely particularly in the RedMart trucks, this is not good and can cause the fish to develop bacteria and cause stomach illnesses. PLEASE REFRIGERATE/USE ICE TO DELIVER THE FISH !
