looks good, just a tinge of fats on the top. though it wasnt really chilled when it arrived. all the meat were in a box without any dry ice Idk why they dun use the cooler bag?

item received, but defrosted. disappointed. hope the seller take note of the frozen food to be delivered and received in frozen just like icecream. yet to taste it when cook. hope still fresh.

Received my order with thanks. The lamb chops are average smaller size than I would have liked. But they look okay. For this size need 2 rack which is what I fortunately ordered. Each pack is only 400-450g (8 ribs) so after roasting expect it to shrink and each rib small size. These ribs will cook fast in oven if looking for quick roast to medium. Good as appetisers with wines.

First time buying this lamb rack, it’s nice. Marinated with some salt , black pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, cumin powder, rosemary, onion and oil. Oven grilled 10mins each side, turn out really nice. It’s quite lean, not a lot of fat, but meat is tender. Will buy again!

First time getying lamb rack from Redmart, it is indeed beyond my expectation. Very tender and juicy and no gamey smell, received many compliments from family members.

Tried it today. Happy that they are not gamey. I season it with just salt and pepper and pan them. Will reorder if there is a sale again.

First time buying this frozen lamb rack. Not sure how good it will be. Item came frozen. Hopefully it will be good. Overall the rack does not look big, but price is not too costly for a trial.

Delivery was on time. Repeated order from redmart. Has always with redmart selections. \nHowever, it’s our first buy of frozen fish and lamb rack. A little disappointed that it arrived quite thawed, so we have no choice but to cook the lamb rack immediately. \n

I bought 3 racks. Each rack only about 5 ribs. Abit different from what is shown in some reviews by others. Didn’t weigh them. meat is tender after roasting and no gamey taste to it. Recommended. Timely delivery even though on Xmas Eve.

The fresh meat came in just normal plastic bag, and not pack in styrofoam box with ice or frozen at all. Very disappointing!!!
