One of the better tasting and tender rib eye steaks that I have bought quite a few times. Just wish that the butcher will slice the steaks more evenly in thickness. Always find small pieces or a flap sticking out.

The last order the steak did not have enough fats so it was quite dry though it was fine medium rare
