Item took >40 days to arrive.There was a dent at the edge of screen.Reflected the flaw to Prism+ and they are fast to replace another set for me. Screen is true to size. Resolution and colours is fabulous too!

Had a bit of glitch after a few days of using it but Prism+ was quick to respond and provide one-to-one exchange at the end. \nSatisfied and happy in overall with the product and service.

Received within 2 days upon ordering - very fast. But handing could be better as a big dent to the box, not sure if the tiny scratch line on the monitor screen is caused by that or not (lucky no dead pixels).

Very happy with this purchase which I grabbed during the 7.7 sale. Item is in good condition and installation was quite easy. Literally plug and play.

Not expected to arrived earlier from scheduled delivery date. Packaging is standard which is expected. Product is good, complete parts and accessories. Easy to install and connection is perfect.

Bought at $470 for two monitors. Value for money especially for a 27inch curve monitor. Curved monitor may not suit for all so do go to showroom to have a look before buying. Finish at the corner is not expectional or feel premium given the selling price.

The screen came really quickly (in about 3-4 days). Was fortunate that I didn't experience any dead pixels like that of some other customers.\nUPDATE: Really commendable, especially when the team continuously followed up with me when I didn't reply. my old monitor literally broke so I replaced it with this 27 inch curved monitor. the item came in 2 days. assembly was easy and it works well.

Delivery was really quick! First time using PRISM+ monitor. Although this is a curve screen but somehow I feel that it's smaller than a flat 27\" monitor. Another comment on the form factor is that this monitor has thick profile! Compare to other curve screens in the market. The bezel on the monitor is thin but the viewable screen display do not fully extend all the way to the bezel (please see my photo, unless I am missing out some function to activate that?). Mounting of monitor to the PRISM arm was not so straightforward. The end result is not exactly a pretty sight on the back as you can see from my photo. If the back of your monitor is facing the wall, then that's fine. Price was attractive as compare to other flat monitors of the same size, about $30+ difference during the 9.9 sale. Honestly, had I known all these factors, I might rethink my purchase. Or maybe I should not complain so much for the price (this should be the cheapest 27\" curve screen in the market)I had paid?

There was a long delay in delivery -more than a mth & they did not bother to inform you or update you on the delayed delivery . Disappointed with their customer Svc support.

Monitor arrived on time and has proven to be of excellent quality. The screen's curvature enhances the viewing experience, providing a more immersive and comfortable display. Also this monitor securely attaches to my Prism dual arm mount without any issues, ensuring stability and ease of adjustment.

Delivery was fast. Delivered to doorstep. Works well like the one I purchased for my office. Happy with Prism product.

Have wanted to buy this since last year, finally bought it when a good deal came 🤑\n\nTo other customers who are considering this too, take note this monitor does NOT have built-in speakers. So you'd have to plug in your own headphones or speakers.

Fast delivery. Lucky the stock came after I buy during 11 11 sales. No dead pixel and fixing up the monitor arm is easy. First time buying monitor from prism after I had a prism TV that is so worth it. Hope my eyes won't be strain with bigger screen.

Nice monitor. setup is easy. the only downside is it only got earpiece plug-in. there is no sound device in the monitor.

Took a while to assemble The ports are underneath the monitor so kind of hard to get everything connected. Monitor looks pretty cool though. It's supposed to be flicker free, so should be easy on the eyes.

The monitor was great. I love the curved design, and it does enhance the user experience when you are watching movies or videos.

Reasonable price for the good quality ! But I can’t adjust the height and tilt. But, it is still ok to me.
