shipping was so fast, took a day. seller also included an extra power cable for singapore plugs which was so thoughtful. the robot itself is the best thing i’ve purchased this year! i love it so much. was comparing between this and the G1 model but i think the extra money is worth it for the advanced mapping features and zone cleaning. highly recommended!

I bought fr Dasher becoz they responded to my queries quickly and provided advice on which model I shld buy, even though there was another more expensive than what was recommended.\nThe delivery time is reasonable and the robot is working. I haven’t tried the mop yet but hope it works well.

Super happy to invest in this robot!\nGreat value for money: cheapest than most of the vacuum robot, very smart (can go under the couch, can go around chairs, can go on top of a carpet), low noise (lower than a classic vacuum), powerfull enough to clean the flat full of dust and pet hair.\nI recommend 100% after trying 4 times already!

I do mop my floor everyday prior the vacuum. hope it will last. yet to have the smart map loaded yet. Will update the functionalities on the app. Thanks seller.

First time buyer of robot vacuum. A little noisy - not sure thou if it’s normal. Have not tried the mop feature. So far, used it to vacuum without the mop and it worked well. Able to picked up dirt and hair. Able to go into nooks & corners. Quite happy with the buy.

Is excellent product. I can linked to Mi Home app easily. I am super happy with the performance and it map my home very thoroughly. Super technology. Bigger dust box, I hope I don’t need to clear it so frequently. Not yet try the mop function. We have dog at home, we need to sweep very frequently, with this machine, we set vacuum three times a day! Hands free! Xiaomi technology always so stable, advance and keep improving . Thank you for the improvements so we don’t have to hire maids .

Delivery was fast albeit met a little hiccup from Ninjavan when I rescheduled the delivery date. Product was successfully setup and am surprised the floors were quite well cleaned even without detergent. I think there is no option to select vacuum-only function. Managed to dock it to home without problem. You need a 2.4 GHz router for the wifi connection. Great product and hope it will last.

Have been using this robot vacuum-mop for a few days now. It’s sensor is working just as it should be (doesn’t run over my blind dog who is always getting into its way). The vacuum suction also works well - we cleaned down the whole house on Saturday morning, Sunday afternoon the robot did its round of cleaning & still managed to clean a fair share of dust & hair. Impressive for a robot at this pocket-friendly price!

this is my 2nd &3rd purchase. same model same seller. \nbought my 1st unit 6 months ago and found it very easy to use and floor very clean. i recommend it 👍🏻 but this 2nd & 3rd unit have rumbling and squeaking sound. going to test a few times to see if the noise will go away. if not, Seller, can i get change for a new unit? very fast delivery. received in 4 days. this model is very good and price is reasonable. i recommend. hope noise is only because it is new.
