Box was slightly dented upon receipt. Thankfully the webcam was not damaged. Quality of the video is heaps better than the laptop built in webcam. Overall it's a good quality webcam from Logitech.

Unless HD is turned on, the original video quality is quite subpar compared to the MacBook. Concern when having video conferences with customers with bad Wi-fi quality and have to turn off the webcam (not an issue with MacBook webcam in non-HD mode)\n\nFor its price point, I was quite disappointed receiving it as USB-A instead of USB-C in 2026.\n\nOtherwise, hardware quality is pretty good!

Poor shipping packaging. Webcam was basically thrown inside a “plastic bag” for courier. Hopefully it doesn’t damage the webcam. Would expect Logitech to provide better protection for the items that are being sent out as they are fragile.

Great for online meetings. Tested on Google Meet which usually has the worst video quality, and the webcam captures my face very clearly in high-definition, with excellent light balance. My work setup has a strong backlight from the window but my face onscreen still shows up brightly and clearly. I like the elegant blue light detail that lights up when in use, and the holder that angles to sit on and grip nicely to even the curviest of monitor surfaces (see photo). Bought on BFCM at a steal!

Very prompt delivery. Nicely packed & installation is easy. Pretty much plug & play. Works really well Zoom. Mic pickup is good even at about 5 meters away. Problem is that deliver left the package outside my door and did not ring the bell! This is an expensive item. What if it got stolen?

Good camera but unlike reviews I saw on YouTube, the camera can’t auto (re)focus when I put a hand up close to the camera and take it away. Video remains blurred and I have to manually bring hand slowly away from camera to focus it on my face again. Quite disappointed with this. Shipping was ok.

Product works as expected. Really bright imaging even when it is dim. Microphone works great too. Shipping wise, the box it comes in is too spacious (even for 2 items) there isn’t much protection to hold them in place. Just a note.

This is my second purchase as I already have one in the office. I am quite happy with the compactness and quality of this webcam. Only downside is that it does not come with an OEM privacy shutter so ordered that separately from a third party.
