Value for money. Got it during 11.11 sales instead of those branded names like Creative or etc. Serves its purpose well and quality is really good! Never tested the mic part as I already have a separate mic.

5 days delivery from China. Bought it a good price during 8.8 sale. Camera is a 2 Megapixel 1080p camera, with an Urban Factory branding at back of camera. Has a privacy cover built in. Camera swivels are firm and not loose. 1/4 inch mount is using a metal thread. Painless installation on Windows 10. Video is noticebly better than 720p laptop camera. Overall an excellent product at the price point.

Item received a few days after purchase. The delivery person leave the package outside my doorstep for my collection.\n\nWebcam wise, it is very clear and able to fit my needs of upgrading my laptop webcam and placing a webcam on top of my monitor screen.

Easy plug and play. \n\nI tried out the camera (have not tested out audio/microphone yet coz i share my workspace with others i and decided to stick to my headphones so as not to disturb those around me). \n\nThe visuals were v sharp. Much sharper and clearer than the inbuilt camera on my lap top. \n\nAnd I’m v satisfied with my purchase— great value for money.

This is really 1080p resolution camera with a 2MP sensor. I was shocked for this price. Wide angle field of view is also appreciated. I didn't test the audio because I use a mic. But video quality for under $20, this is all I need. It even comes with a privacy tab to close it when not in use!

This is plug and play for windows\nI got some video distortion when I plugged it in but issue was resolved after trying another USB port.\n\nVideo quality is good for zoom but not the mic quality. Will stick to my headset for audio \n\nValue for money webcam

Ordered on 14 August & delivered on 23 August. The box came slightly dented but the webcam & accessories are ok. No damages. I doubt it's 1080 but the video quality is good when I used it on Zoom. For the price it's worth it.

Camera was sharp and bright. The focus can be adjusted. Tends to get warm to touch after use. Very basic, but cannot complain for the price.

Connection quality is as promised. Delivery is fast, took only 3-4 days to deliver. However, the lens cap seems flimsy and drops easily when you try to cover the camera.

The wire connection behind camera is loosen and when you touch the wire, the power is off. Can you exchange new good one to me or refund?

Excellent webcam for the price. Clear picture quality, and has a flap to open and close camera when not in use. Microphone however is very noisy.

works pretty well. quality is great for it's price. however feedback is the audio is cracking and there's an obvious background noise (my background is pretty quiet) also the box came open which was pretty scary, but bubble wrapped so its not damaged.

Great video quality for the price. (there’s a fisheye effect that some may not like though) Unfortunately, audio quality is not good at a distance but I just use an additional microphone.

mic is a bit muffled but still can hear, would be better to use external headphones instead\n\ncam is not 1080p but it's still good enough for web conferences. \n\noverall it's value for money and am happy with the purchase

Clear webcam, very surprised with video quality. Easy to use, plug in and go :)) Has LED to signal when on and off, and a seperate LED for mic mute/unmute. 30fps as shown in specs so fast movements will appear slightly choppy to some, did not test mic as I use headphones.

Just recvd this today but it is not working fine at all. Something is wrong with the webcam driver. It registered on my pc but the camera function doesnt work and when it does, it crashed after a short while. Can i request refund for this?
