Arrange for collection point. Received email on the 5th and have to be collected bef 7th . And on the 6th, 8am, I received email again told me my item is in the warehouse . Arrange to place it at collection point twice and still send to my place when I told them there's no one at home . Asked if the next day , morning ill be around , can't be accommodate, then they re arrange it to collection point , told me again that collection point is full . Then after several attempts only i receive today.
