haven't tried yet but happy with the honest response I received from seller. I didn't get full order the first time I received package. chat with seller about the discrepancy and they promptly shipped out the rest.

This product is good. Cleans your washing machine inner drum so that your clothes doesn’t stain with soap suds.

Fast delivery. But item received was disappointed as the powder was spilled out due to a small cut on the 1st packet. Maybe the courier cut it accidentally. Got to clean up the mess.

just try 1 packet, abit of dirt come out from the rubber. \nnot sure it can wash it off

I didn't realize it was so easy to use, just as you would wash clothes. Seller was online even on weekend and tended to my queries, excellent service! I have Bosch front loader and don't need the drum clean feature even. This is the setting I used for 1st wash, switched to off then waited 3hrs before continuing the cycle and the 2nd wash was regular everyday wash. Drum became sparkling clean! Door and seals were also clean of debris and hair. No more mould no more scum. The lemon smell is very faint. Good sale price also, competes with Daiso, but Daiso has alot of unnecessary chemicals might be harmful for skin.

the delivery time was fast . this is my first purchase and the result I would say needs more convincing as the water that flows out is clean and I haven't wash my washing machine before ( 4-5 years old). but did notice black debris after the last rinse which I gather could have come out of the filter. so can't flush that , need to physically remove. Maybe I could have let the detergent soak longer but I am following the package instructions with states 90mins.
