Got this 1.8L cooker at $70+ during sales, which is a bargain, given the features spherical pot n AI cooking. This is bcoz the cooker doesn’t come with LCD panel n induction cooking, which will set u back at $$120 or more. So, this is a good buy I guess.

Bought on 7.7 at discounted price of $79. Arrived the next day. Comes with 3 pin plug. There are 6 functions, although the menu does not explain how much water to add for porridge. Rice doesn't stick.

First time buying Tefal rice cooker, yet to use it. Received the rice cooker just with the bubble wrap, no additional external box to protect it, no \"Fragile\" sticker too... Hopefully, the item will be in good order for the long run.

Delivery is super fast. Bought on 9.9 and today it's here. Everything is packed nicely. Quality looks good and just nice to retire my old tefal rice cooker which is about 15 years old.

Used it for almost a month. Easy to cook both white and brown rice with designated buttons. Rice is consistently fluffy after cooking. The volume is slightly large for my family of 4, but the size of the cooker has not been an issue. Just take note that there is no holder for the rice spoon at the side (I bought one separately from Lazada, so no issue too).

Ordered on 11 Nov but delivery made only on 23 Nov when it was supposed to be by 18 Nov. No reply from ninja delivery on the delay even though I texted to ask. Wanted to receive it before my overseas trip but it was delivered so late and parcel was left at my doorstep for many days (luckily it wasn’t stolen but I didn’t like it that others know that no one was at home when parcel was left out there for days). \n\nRice cooker is easy to use. Great purchase from 11.11. Easy to use and rice / porridge had good texture. Just a slight issue with the steam vent function as hot water was bubbling out during the cooking process.
