This is my countless purchase. I am satisfied with the product. \n\nHowever, I am very dissatisfied with the Courier who delivered at 10:30PM! Both my soundly asleep parents were greatly startled by the sudden ringing of the doorbell and had trouble falling asleep thereafter.

However bundle of 2 boxes was missing. I contact ninja van and new moon lazada, both provide superb service at their end and say will help me to check out. New moon official lazada was great! they assure me they will resend without any doubts. Ninja come back within 30mins and deliver the 2 boxes of ginseng.
