it taste sweet, have tinge of monk fruit if you taste as is. but if you mixed with food, is similar like sugar.\n\ninstruction says sweetness of 1 tsp of sweetener is same as 1 tsp of sugar.

very good. does not have artificial taste like aspartame. texture like sugar. used to substitute half the sugar in my banana cake.

This monk fruit sweeteners with erythritol taste like real sugar is good for baking.

sweetness is less than normal sugar, but still ok. for black coffee i use 3tsp of tis sweetener to get almost same sweetness of 2 tsp of normal sugar.

Looks like sugar, tastes about 60% sweetness of regular white sugar for me. No weird aftertaste, but also lacking a bit of the ‘oomph’ you get with sugar. Nonetheless, good substitute on a keto diet, guilt free too. Will be using for baking and daily tea!
