Been using it for a couple days, the material is a fabric covering the wire and is quite sturdy. Satisfied with the quality even tho it's cheap! Not sure if it's fast charging but it does the job well.

it came in a padded envelope. It works but I suspect it is not 3A. Because on the package, it says USB 2.0. I maybe lacking the instrument to test the amp. But when I connected it to my mobile charger, it charges slower than the wire that comes with the mobile phone. I read online that it charges slowly because the voltage drop is much bigger than expected. Power = voltage times current.
