Ordered May 5. Received May 6👍👍👍. Item arrived well protected with a long plastic cover. No scratches. Excellent quality. Sturdy and very stable. Well built and has a safety catch underneath the top step. True to description, step is wide 👍 Gives confidence to climb up to the 4th step. Love that I am able to sit right at the top step. Very pleased with this buy.

Delivery was fast, within 2 days. The delivery staff called before delivery so this is good. He also taught how to open the ladder. Hope the ladder will last cuz the foam cushion handle has a dent but it should not affect its functionality.

Repeated purchase from this seller. As usual, ladder quality is much better than cheaper ones found on Lazada with the seemingly same pictures, my friend bought that and it looks same but shaky. This ladder is well spent for stability and safety, thanks.

Very punctual and quality product. Uncle called before arriving and showed me how to open and close the ladder. Super nice 👍🏻 uncle and the ladder is very stable! It’s not heavy even for ladies. Ordered on 11.11.2023 midnight and received in the evening of 11.11.2023. Fast and safe delivery of the ladder. Thanks Seller and Delivery guy. Came before 9pm and placed in riser as was not at home. When folded, slim enough to fit into the side of shelves in bomb shelter.

Thank you for the speedy delivery of the 4 step ladder. we ordered and received it within 1 hour! This is our second product from SINEWY. The 4 step ladder is super safe and sturdy with proper struts to hold all 4 steps in sync. The steps are broad enough to fit both feet. It is a great tool for us to carry out home maintenance like painting and changing of light tubes. For myself, 3 steps are enough to reach HDB ceilings. For shorter person, 4 steps to reach HDB ceilings. Thank you.
