Seemsuke the items/hooks were all.stuffed into the paper box!! Seller ease pack it with a little care n not just stuff them in like that. Few of the hooks were dented/damaged. Bought from a previous different seller exactly the same items they had no issue on the packing.

took about 2 weeks to arrive. counted and there was 21 PCs. lol 1 FOC. Tried to use 1 to help hold up my corner soap dish but it dropp after 30mins. so must be 100% flat surface. otherwise it'lll alowly peel itself out. but 100% flat surface I pull until the plastic broke but sticker still there.

Good delivered within one week after order. Quantity is correct. Have not tried out the product though. However, even though I have received the products, the delivery status is reflected correctly only after 1 to 2 weeks which is very slow. Please look into this.

The package came in pretty good condition, although one of the hooks was damaged due to it being bent. The rest of the hooks that were fine did work well. I would have given this product full 5 stars if not for the one defective item found in the pack.

left is another seller. right side is by this seller. the hook looked different from the one I bought from another seller which is much more solid . this metal hook seems to be going rusty after few times usage. might consider not to buy again. but for the price range can't expect much though

Parcel box has been crushed into bad shape. Found 3 hook plastic were bent. Tried to put up 1 of the bent plastic hooks and hang mop, less than 10 minute, hook dropped, mop fell and I got frightened. Tried again with a good pc, found the hook stayed put as per normal. Since it is cheap, throw away 2 other plastic being bent hooks to avoid this kind of bad experiences. Quantity is correct but Quality is unsatisfactory, will buy from other store if I need more in future, hopefully with better packaging.
