This is my repeated order and quality of the product is always good. But one thing really puzzles me is the common sense of the delivery team (person)… how in the world do you expect the recipient to open the door to retrieve the package (considering that it’s really huge and heavy) when you place it like an obstacle right in front of the gate? There is no way anyone can even open the door to receive the parcel. The fortunate thing this time round was that I came home to see it placed in this manner (refer to images), because my elderly parents could not even open the gate to move the parcel out of the way! And this is not an isolated incident. It’s a repeat, which makes me wonder does common sense even exist?

I've finally received the toilet rolls and hanging tissue paper! I can't comment much on the toilet rolls yet, as I haven't started using them. Visually, they seem smaller compared to other brands, despite being described as 5-ply.\n\nThe tissue paper appears bulky, but surprisingly, each sheet is small yet thick-ply, making it a recommended purchase.\n\nThanks to the seller for the double-wrapped packaging and fast delivery - I received everything in excellent condition. I have bought this brand and another (green wrapper), 5 ply toilet rolls before. I find this brand softer and pliable. It’s also priced better. Previously I regularly used a 4 ply toilet roll. To me a 5ply is better value and is equally comfortable like a 4ply. When you use less, than a 5 ply like “cheerful” brand is actually a better-value product. So this my second time buying it. This is an affordable premium quality and soft toilet paper. Recommended.
