Happy with purchase. Bought as second item to qualify for extra discount for a more expensive Philips appliance. Tested and works well. Only gripe is with the delivery, which dented the box; but luckily no damage.

I bought this because of the Keep Warm function, temputure keep ard 75-80C after 2 hours if I remember correctly. Is a bit noisy when boiling, and be careful when pulling out the water, as the 'mouth' is a bit width than other brand

we have been using this model of Philips Kettle for a long time. I think this is our 3rd purchase so far. the problem is have is the packaging. Pls cover what you are delivering. Do not pack like the first picture being shown

Delivery was quite fast. The packing was good and the box come undamaged. The driver call me before making delivery, really appreciated and also took photo to show me when he make the delivery. Really very professional services. This kettle is very good and I have been using for years. Bought a spare ones when the old one fails. Can keep warm and my previous old one lasts me more than 5 years.

Looks good. Hopefully won't have any weird plastic smell and taste.

Product arrived in good condition. Looks good. Only downside is that it doesn’t have a measuring gauge on the side (to let you see how much water is in the kettle). Looking forward to testing it out.

Durable stainless steel material Philips is a trusted brand and their kettles are always good and durable. But it’s not ideal because the surface is very hot to touch.

Been using a traditional 3.4 Ltrs kettle over a gas stove for 30 years. First time using a electric 1.7 ltr kettle. Very fast to me, 6 mins water is boiled for 1.7 Ltrs. Not sure running cost is more expensive than using gas. Will monitor for 2 months and will know the results. Phllips quality cannot be wrong for me.. Got it at super good price during. 11.11.22 Sale...

Items was nicely wrapped and received in good condition. Have tested to boil water with the kettle, it worked perfectly. It has a keep warm function too which is a plus. Lastly, the price is good!

Kettle came with 2 small dents just above the “keep warm” button, seemed to be marks left from 3-pin plug that was not protected by a plastic cover (which would usually be the case). Hope this is a new kettle and not a refurbished one.
