vy fast delivery. well wrapped product n customer service also vy polite n prompt. actuali burning time per coil was 2.5hr cos i lighted it at 9pm n it finished burning at 11.30pm. though short burning time but my room already full of the incense smell so ok lah. next time i will buy agarwood to try.

Delivery is fast, bamboo case is magnetic I like it very much. Tired lighting coil from the outside but it keep 灭 maybe due to the edge of case so now I light from the inner coil it works nicely.

Item was delivered fast 2 days after ordering. The base of the box was slightly dented, but the contents are otherwise OK. There wasn't any incense holder as per what was shown in the seller photo.

Fast delivery and well packed. First time ordering from this company and hope it will turn out good. There are 2 additional small wooden furnace for the coil. The smell of each of the different coils smell pretty good but will only know once I light them up. Will try once I have finished using my current incense coils.

Delivery is fast and no damage. however there is no smell as what other reviews stated. Think will still get from retail shop as I could smell the coil once open the container but this no even lite up also cannot smell.

Delivery is fast and no damage to item. Have tried to light it but could not smell anything as what others stated in the review. I bought from retailer shop once open can smell don't need to burn then have. the free burner holder difficult to hold the coil. don't think will burn again.
