Ordered 2 pcs and they arrived in reasonably good time. Very well packaged in boxes and not vacuumed sealed possibly to prevent any latent shape distortion. \nGreat that the pillows came with their removable cases on. Tested for 2 nights and happy to wake up with no stiff necks. Good firm neck support.

a good pillow for side sleepers like me. it supports your neck perfectly at angle that prevents you from having headache. this pillow is a liittle low for sleeping on your back. \nmaterial of pillow is also quite comfy, not hot. good buy!

looks and feels good. Foam is firm and moulds to the head. boxes arrived very fast... within 2 days of order, well packed and in good conditions.

Son finds it comfortable. I cannot tell the difference between the one I bought at the mall (charcoal) and at Lazada (bamboo). Both pillows are of different Brand’s. No label on the pillow to state which brand it is from. Packaging also arrived without any box.

I had been waited for 12 days to receive it and has been kept chasing for it. Product is good and my last one was 9 months ago received within 2 days at that time. Honestly speaking, great support for neck pain. The only thing that shortfall this time is the seller has engaged a very unreliable delivery company for the delivery.

Very fast delivery and response from the seller, thank you! Have not written the reviews immediately because need to let it dry after washing the pillow case so that can test sleep. So far so good and hope it will help to alleviate back neck shoulder pain. Of course the pillow is comfortable especially the pillow case. Hope it can come with one more pillow case to exchange usage when the other is dirty. Currently using the normally pillow case to keep it clean. May review again months later. Yet, the seller has done a very good job! 👍💪

Received few days later, need to unpack and air it, best give 1 day to air to remove most of the polyurethane smell. Use the pillow I did sleep early 😴 just need it slightly firmer support, waking up with my hand supporting my head on the pillow. I give another few days to see any difference. Did wake up with lesser head and shoulder soreness.\n2 weeks later(review) the pillow did thin down a bit and losing that firmness from the first time the pillow had, now it is slightly thinner. To be frank, I would not recommend this pillow to those who often wakes up grumpy with neck and shoulder soreness.

Got it at quite a cheap price. But think the pillow is really too soft, don’t think it can support my neck well. The pillow is too small for me to properly sleep on the side panel, anyway the groove doesn’t make much difference. Think it is really more suitable for small size people.

Pillow is actually bigger and thinker than expected. I am using Akemi contour pillow and this is the same size and height. Materialnis nice and firm, not the soft type. Used it for a few days and no issues with it.

Cover is removable. \nSlept fairly well. I like the side sleeping part, my shoulder somehow doesn't ache as much. I wished it was longer a bit though. \nLet's see how once I get used to it.

the pillow is too flat, too soft. maybe need use 2 together . \nsize is OK. can fit into my pillow case.\ndelivery man leave it outside my door late night without inform so the box was outside my door until the next morning.

Pillow is light and provides good support for neck. Personally I find the pillow a bit low. Due to my vertigo condition, I prefer to sleep on high pillow.
