Quality:good\n Texture: smooth and cooling with the ceramic tip\n Effectiveness: \nCertainly does moisturised, de-puffed the eye and it’s does not irritate sensitive skin. However, it doesn’t seem to do much for dark circles. Delivery was pretty efficient as well.
