Tool core replacement method

Replace the cutter core

1. Turn counterclockwise to unscrew the upper cover assembly (Picture 1)

2. Press the pencil socket with your hand until the blade core, (Picture 2.3)

3. Align the new cutter core with the corresponding matching hole in the upper cover, and press the cutter core in forcefully (Picture 4.5)

4. Align the bottom hole of the cutter core of the upper cover assembly with the rotating shaft in the fuselage and put it into the fuselage, and turn the housing clockwise (Figure 5.6

Motor overheating protection system:

When the motor is overloaded and the temperature exceeds a certain temperature, the overheat protector will automatically stop the click. When the motor temperature drops to normal temperature, the pencil sharpener will automatically resume work.

Battery replacement method

A. Open the battery cover at the bottom of the electric pencil sharpener

B. Put 2 AA dry batteries into the electric pencil sharpener

USB loading method
