Took 8 days for delivery. TracX Logis is always late from the expected delivery date. This time is worse, the courier put the parcel in the pick locker at 9.14pm and removed them the next day at 12.19pm in less than 12hrs and put it as a failed delivery. \n\nLazada CS informed me that I will need to pre-order the item since I failed to collect it when I was given less than 24hrs to collect it. I also informed the seller here about the consistent issues for this courier but they don't seem to be interested to know, so I won't order from this seller anymore as I do not want to call TracX Logic again to ask the whereabouts for my parcel.

Received in good condition , quality is quite good , recommended and hopefully next time got more offer
