We provide Roast on Order service. This means that we only roast when your order is confirmed. Not earlier. This beats store brought coffee and you can immediately tell the difference. Please note that because we roast on order and ship out the next day (24 hours after roasting), you should not immediately consume the coffee right after receiving them. Rule of thumb is to wait at least 7-10 days after roasting for optimal enjoyment. Please reference the Roasted On date on your package and add a minimal of 7 days to it before brewing.Note: Please note weight as gross. We will roast with 1 Kg of raw green beans.
