First of all I ordered the camera bundled with a 32 GB memory card. When I received the package and unboxed I couldn't find the memory card but the camera and cables were all intact. I took pictures and videos of the\\n unboxed items and sent to customer service to ask for a refund as the memory card was missing. The answer was an immediate refund denied as insufficient evidence in the photos and video provided. I then asked them to send my a replacement card and forget the refund but yet they insist the packed the order correctly. Told me to look at bottom of the box and in the card slot which were the fist places I checked when unboxing and no memory card found. .To them that's the end of the story period. \\nSo all buyers beware we are at a great disadvantage when things go missing in your order. Not a great shopping experience as you need to buy another memory card in order to use the dashcam.\\nAfter a customer service agent took over the investigation of my complaint a replacement 32 GB SD card was sent to me . This took awhile and i am happy customer service responded positively. I will replace my earlier 2 star review with a 5 star review.
