Took some time to get used to how it can be adjusted. I agree with others that installation was rather challenging due to a misleading manual. Just need to remember that there are two ways to mount: clamp or for a hole on the table. The manual mixes them together inconsistently. It would be nice to give two different installation manuals (one for each option), besides it's just one sheet of paper. \n\nAnother issue is the arm adjustment default setting is very tight and yet the adjuster is a bit covered by the default arm position. \n\nNote that each arm will go fully stretched to the top when there's no load. It needs a load to stay in place. I installed the laptop holder, the arm will always fully stretched to the top when there's no laptop put on the holder.\n\nCable management is good but it needs a better indicator for the screw to take out the cable management cover of the lower arm. Or should be shown in the manual.\n\nAnother issue is the adjuster at the base to rotate the two arms around the pole is not tight enough. the whole two arms can get accidentally rotated.\n\nOverall it's still a very good product. Sturdy, quite easy to adjust once setup. Good cable management (in term of hiding the clutter)

Items received in good condition. It's not too difficult to assemble but the instruction manual isn't as clear as IKEA standard, requiring a bit of interpretation. \n\nItem works well as described.\n\nNOTE: To really tighten the laptop support requires spanner and screwdriver whichwere not included.\n\nSupports grommet with diameter smaller than 80mm. I separately bought support plates to easily solve the issue.\n\nWhat I initially thought was well-packaged bolts, nuts and what-nots turned out to be disastrous as I easily tore open 2 sections when trying to access only 1.
