Papua New Guinea KANGE WET MILL- PNG AMt Hagen located in western high land province at an elevation of 1500 - 1800 masl has a cool climatic condition which allows for longer ripening periods. It also has volcanic soil wherein coffee varietals like TYPICA , ARUSHA & Blue mountain are found to be growing. Additionally coffee cherries are carefully hand picked upon being 100% ripe with a proper brix content ( 22 to 24 ). This is followed by proper post harvesting techniques involving sun drying which enables the coffees to develop unique cup profile.
