The white mokapot has a shiny finish like car paint. The pot consists of three parts:\n1- The water chamber, which goes up to the 130ml mark. If you don't use the middle section, there is a coffee basket that fits in this area like other mokapots. The basket holds about 20g of coffee.\n2- The middle chamber has a heat dissipation slot, which reduces the brewing temperature compared to regular mokapots, resulting in less bitterness for dark roasted coffee. The filter basket is also placed in this chamber when in use.\n3- The top chamber, like all other mokapots, has a pressure adjustment valve that can be turned. However, the degree of turning is subjective and not marked. Tightening increases pressure and coffee temperature, while loosening does the opposite. The small valve is easy to lose during cleaning, and I am asking the shop to provide a replacement.\nConclusion: It offers a more advanced experience when brewing moka, reducing the need to lower the stove temperature compared to regular mokapots. The complexity level has increased a bit.
