Hv tried it out at causeway point outlet, n other brands of massage chairs within my budget range, guess this one met my expectations, powerful n yet not broke my pocket. Many auto preprogrammed massage can b chosen. Love it. Now I just hv problem to connect to my phone GINTELL app to operate on the massage chair. Still getting help fr their online staff. Hope I can quickly get this issue resolved.
