The new phone that I have received cannot switch on, the phone is not working.

Received the phone very quickly. It's a sealed brand new display set. Phone works fine. No issue with the seller. However, was not at home when it was delivered so the courier just put the package in between the gate grill and indicated that I was the recipient. No text message before the delivery, couldn't inform my neighbour to safe keep it.
