Product Specifications: — Mild and low foam, safe to use yet highly effective in cleaning all types of dirts and eliminating bacteria. — Eliminating of odour and leaving a fresh scent of blue harebell fragrance after every mopping cycle in your home. — Special formula which is suitable for all floor types. Gentle and will NOT damage your floors and most importantly, is gentle on the internals of your precious robot vacuum and will not cause clogging of the internal parts.

[1] Open the cover of your Dreame L10S Ultra/SE docking station. [2] Remove both clean and dirty water tanks. [3] Remove the white seal on the plastic cap of your existing cleaning solution cartridge. [4] Take the flat head screwdriver included in the accessory bundle and insert the tip of the flat head screwdriver into the side of the top plastic cap of your cleaning solution cartridge. Remove the plastic cap of your cleaning solution cartridge. (It is normal to experience some resistance on the first attempt.) Insert the funnel through the opening of your cartridge and proceed to top up, OR [5] Use the syringe with the rubber extension tube to extract the cleaning solution from the 2 litre bottle and pumping it directly into your cleaning solution cartridge. [6] Cover the plastic cap back into your cleaning solution cartridge. [7] Proceed to reset the % of the detergent level in your mobile application by going into your Dreame mobile application; 3 dots on the top right side -> Accessory Usage -> Detergent then click on "Reset Detergent".

For the W10 Pro and all other robot vacuums with a water tank: — Pour the cleaning solution into the bottle cap (approximately 20ml). — Mix the cleaning solution into your clean water tank and shake the container before placing it back into your docking station.
